Today I received this photo from Rachel at http://www.cupcake.co.nz/ I was thrilled to see how she made use of the chablon mat for creating round circular discs of chocolate to top her cupcakes. Those are so great. I saw something similar on the Sprinkle Bakes blog the other day and she had spoon shaped mats which she made with a biscuit base and then shaped them when they cooled. Do these ones go in the oven though?
