Wednesday May 4th 12.30-2.30pm $45.00 - Introduction to isomalt. Learn how to use this fun glass like sugar subsititute to make "ice cubes" for your bottle cake and other fun shapes including under the sea themed items. Everything supplied, Just bring yourself.







Starting Wednesday May 11th 12.30 -2.30 for 4 weeks $160 (including Wednesday may 18, Wednesday May 25 and Wednesday June 1st) Wilton flowers and cake design.
Course includes a comprehensive tool kit although extra items such as cake & icing are required by students
OVERVIEW
Learn how to create professional-looking flowers and designs made from royal icing. Your Certified Wilton Method Instructor teaches you how to make lifelike rosebuds, pansies, and violets, plus detailed patterns, like lace and basketweave designs.
DETAILS
Your Certified Wilton Method Instructor will help you each step of the way as you learn to:
Design the color palette and pattern for a cake
Apply advanced buttercream icing piping techniques like basketweave, cornelli lace and brush embroidery
Create seven different types of flowers, and understand how to feature them on your next project
Pipe royal icing appliques and additional decorative borders

Wednesday June 8th $60 Fun buttercream flowers #1 - spend some time with your Wilton certified instructor learning fun buttercream flowers (this technique also works for  royal icing). Today we will learn the Lily of the Valley, Chrysanthemum and half carnation. We will also look at leaf styles. Feel free to bring your own cake if you'd like to place your finished flowers on a cake. All icings and tips supplied




Wednesday June 15th 12.30 -2.30pm $60 Fun buttercream flowers #2 - spend some time with your Wilton certified instructor learning fun buttercream flowers (this technique also works for royal icing). Today we will learn the Fern, Rosebud & Tulip.We will also look at leaf styles.Feel free to bring your own cake if you'd like to place your finished flowers on a cake. All icings and tips supplied




Wednesday June 22nd 12.30-2.30pm  $60 - Edible lace, learn multiple ways of making edible lace. Everything supplied just bring yourself. Take some lace home with you at the end of class.






Wednesday June 29th 12.30-2.30pm $45 - fun cupcake decorating. Bring 6 cupcakes with you to class and we'll learn a variety of techniques that will make you the hit of your next party. Everything supplied except cupcakes. (cake mix cupcakes are fine, or even some from the supermarket)
