A natural way to colour and flavour fondant.


Today I received via email this photo from the manufacturers of Nutrafresh sparkling fruit powders Nutrafresh™ Blueberry, Carrot and Beetroot powders were used to colour pre-made fondant icing.

Following their trials, for the best uniform colour, they recommend adding Nutrafresh™ powders to a very small amount of water to create a thick paste and then adding this to the fondant as you would a colour.

A great alternative to food colouring for those wanting preservative free natural flavouring and colour.
